ABS & EBS installation & diagnostics. Computer Brake Test equipment fully calibrated for on and off site use, with atest ABS & EBS systems. Brake Testing Machine with Axle Load simulation for commercial vehicles with brake effort reports printed. All braking systems which require modification by us are supported by all the relevant information and VTG10 forms via ourselves to D.O.T. at Swansea on the customers behalf.

All Trailers can be prepared and presented for MOT testing on behalf of the customer. Gas Detection equipment available for petroleum vapors. 7.5 ton crane. Clearance under crane is 20 ft. Spanning 4 working bays.

Coded Welders in MIG & TIG for welding of Aluminium, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel - ASMME 9 EN & BS 4872 Zurich Certification. Plasma cutting up to 30 mm. Fully skilled workforce who receive ongoing training to compliment their abilities.
