The installation of an on site shot blast facility is a key element for F.M.Engineering being able to achieve high quality paint finishes.

Full length pedestrian pit built in to give all round vehicle access. Pit has been specifically designed for the operational requirements.

The blast booth is equipped with a totally enclosed ventilation system with the most up-to date equipment for the automatic abrasive re-cycling and cleaning of waste product from the blasting process.

The ventilation system is designed to remove air borne dust particles from the facility, which are generated from the blasting process, and after filtration return clean air back into the blasting enclosure. The system also prevents any dust particles from entering the atmosphere.

Accurate blast profiles can be undertaken to any specification which are then inspected prior to painting. The operational features of the shot blasting facility exceeds all current environmental legislative requirements.
